Came About
Foods Farming started with a straightforward observation: the farming calculators and guides available online were either too academic, built for one specific country, buried inside paid platforms, or so outdated that the information was no longer reliable.
Farmers asking basic but critical questions how much seed do I need per acre, what is the right fertilizer dose for this crop, how do I calculate whether this season will be profitable were not finding clear, trustworthy answers in one place.
We built Foods Farming to fix that. The platform began with a small set of essential calculators. As farmers used them and asked for more, the library expanded. The same principle has guided every addition: if a farmer needs it, and the answer can be grounded in solid agronomy, we build it.
Today Foods Farming covers over 100 calculators and 1,000+ guides across 10 farming categories and 20 crop-specific hubs. Everything remains free, and the focus remains the same practical, accurate, accessible information for growers worldwide.
